Persyaratan
- 3 to 6 years of management experience within food & beverage operations.
- Have the ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle concerns, or special requests for guests.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance and accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of product, strong communication skills - written and verbal and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, with ability to work weekends, and holidays.
